Information about Suriname felt scattered, passed down through generations in bits and pieces.

One day, while researching a specific Surinamese tradition, I realized the frustration wasn’t unique to me. Many people shared the same experience – piecing together a rich cultural heritage from fragmented sources. This sparked the idea for Sabi Suri Sani.
